PAPC offers consulting, design, equipment procurement and job site programs for your new or renovation clubhouse project. With forty years of food service engineering, design, consulting and restaurant management experience, Duane Main will develop a program to meet your club’s needs.
Consulting Phase
• Establish the development committee — the club’s representatives
• Getting started — meet with the club’s representatives
• Setting goals — identify the club’s requirements
• Establish a budget — determine the club’s project budget
Design Phase
• Prepare and distribute conceptual drawings
• Review drawings with club’s designated representatives
• Once design has been reviewed and approved, prepare the following:
—Final layout drawings
—Equipment package schedules
—Detailed elevation drawings
—Project specifications book
—Mechanical rough-in drawings (optional)
—Submit drawings to the local health department and obtain approval
—Develop job site responsibilities
—Establish a budget for the equipment package and obtain approval
—Work with the architect to coordinate specifications and common needs
Equipment Procurement
• Procure all required equipment items for the project
• Arrange for and stage equipment for installation
• Schedule equipment delivery
• Job site visitations
—Review mechanical rough-ins before concrete slabs are poured
—Review job site before equipment is delivered
—Develop final “Punch List”
—Final visitation after “Punch List” is developed
Equipment Installation
• Installer to receive the equipment package at the job site
• Installer to uncrate and dispose of the equipment crating
• Installer to assemble all equipment as specified
• Installer to set, mount and level all equipment as specified
• Installer to start up and inspect all equipment as specified
