• A single point of contact for entegra Program Participants. Once an account has been established, a local representative will be assigned to not only get that facility up and running, but to act as the facility’s sole contact for support throughout the remainder of the contract.
• As an entegra Program Participant, each facility, regardless of the number of elevators, will be afforded the same high level of customer service.
• A National Accounts Department capable of handling the maintenance of customers that use online facility management applications. (i.e. Service Channel, OfficeTrax, Arriba, IVR Systems).
